  2 days of prep were needed to clean culvert properly for material to work properly.  Day 3 we lined the culvert and the general contractor was able to keep going on project with a minor delay.  We had to coordinate all of our activities with the BNSF railroad during the whole project to allow for no shut downs for Railroad on this project,

Lined two 48” ID X 244’ L CMP culverts by prepping and spin casting with 2” thick ML-72 Microsilica Restoration Mortar. This non-destructive method saved the city over 30% from the Engineers estimate. We also rehabbed 3 sanitary sewers (18 VF) with ML-72, as long as we were there!

Rehab six old brick manholes downtown by patching large voids, plug leaks and coating with 1” thick ML-72 Microsilica Restoration Mortar to restore structural integrity and extend the lifespan. Eliminated the costly and disruptive need to dig and replace.

Restore to like new condition four old brick manholes. We used ML-10 Hydraulic Cement to patch large voids, repair inverts and patch pipes . Then coated with 1.5 inches of ML-72 Microsilica Restoration Mortar. The before and after pictures are impressive!

2020 Street Reconstruction Project let us showcase the Mr. Manhole Leveling System as we came in AFTER THE PAVING WAS DONE and set and installed 25 manholes and 20 water valves. This saved the paver and general contractors valuable time and money.

Cut, pulled, replaced and set 30 manhole castings on busy Bass Lake Road.

Avonti grouted a 13′ manhole around the 2′ invert and also stopped pouring water penetrating into the 12″ flow line exiting the manhole.

Avanti grouted a 13′ manhole around the barrel joint near the bench, also grouted around the invers.

Avanti grouted around 8″ & 12″ pipes in a Air Vault. We sealed up 5 of these that all leaked water into vaults roughly 8′ x 8′ x 7′ deep

Avanti grouted the floor in the tunnel under the street for the school. Tunnel was 12′ wide by 150′ long.  Tunnel floor is below water table, so hydration was a major issue.

Fixed a major leak at a new wastewater treatment facility. The probes we pushed into the ground 18′ to 20′ down, then inserted grout and stopped the major leak

Chemical grouted around 3 pipe inverts and sealed up 2 barrel joints in this Lift Station. Had little time to shut down this lift station and monitored the levels as we had to shut off lift station to work inside. We were in and out in 1.5 hrs and sealed up some major active leaks!

Chemical grouted 9 Manholes throughout town. We focused on the barrel joints and the benches where water was actively pouring in around the inverts.  Some of the Manholes were in wet areas in the grass and in the backyards of houses making it difficult, but we know from experience what it takes to get the job done!
